Tom Richardson

Tom Richardson is an executive coach, mentor and facilitator, and established Richardson Management Pty Ltd in 1993. He is based in Melbourne, Australia, but operates internationally.

Tom is a qualified Executive Coach having successfully completed intensive training under the tutelage of Peter Stephenson, who is widely regarded as the pioneer of executive coaching in Australia and the author of bestselling books - Executive Coaching and The Naked Executive.

Tom has coached thousands of executives both in Australia and internationally including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines & Singapore.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University in Melbourne. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), a member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMAMI).

Tom is a guest lecturer at several Business Schools and Universities in Australia including Melbourne Business School, The Australian Institute of Management and Swinburne University.

Tom began his working career for Shell Oil Australia where he was quickly promoted to District Sales Manager and was frequently recognised for superior performance. After 15 years at Shell Oil in senior sales and marketing management positions, Tom moved to Kodak to set up the Kodak Express franchise in Australia. Tom's passion for sales combined with an innate ability to train and coach led him to establish his own successful executive coaching business in 1993.

Tom's client list includes a broad range of organisations and industries including: - Aconex, Siegwerk, Deloitte Consulting, Standard & Poors, Motorola, Optus, Amcor, Siemens, Telstra, L'Oreal, Redken, Kodak, Coles Myer, Societie of Worldwide International Funds Transfers (SWIFT) in Hong Kong, National Bank of Australia.

Tom's facilitation style is inclusive, relaxed and warm and all of workshops are fun, interactive and dynamic. Tom is a qualified facilitator and uses the full repertoire of contemporary adult learning techniques including Accelerated Learning and NLP. His workshops are structured to provide experiential learning and will include a high level of group discussion, participation and practical exercises in a non-threatening and risk free environment.
