About Tom Richardson

Tom Richardson is a trainer/facilitator, consultant and executive coach, specialising in sales and marketing across a range of industries.

He has designed and presented his customised programs to thousands of people from businesses both in Australia and internationally and has facilitated many critical marketing strategy sessions and initiatives.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University in Melbourne. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), an Associate of the Australian Marketing Institute (AAMI).

Tom is a guest lecturer in sales and marketing at a number of universities and educational institutions in Australia. Tom has presented at conferences in Australia and overseas and was key note speaker at the AMCA "Focus on Service" conference at the World Congress Centre, the Business World Expo and the Australian Tourism Council Marketing Masterclass at Crown Palladium.

Before establishing his own consulting and training business in 1993, Tom gained practical senior management experience during his working career, spanning nearly 20 years, at multi national companies - Shell & Kodak.
