Tom Richardson established Richardson Management Pty Ltd in 1993, after a successful sales and marketing management career including senior management positions at Shell & Kodak.
Tom imparts his strategies, skills and expert knowledge to improve business performance and increase sales & profits for businesses, large and small.
Tom holds a Bachelor Business (Marketing) degree from Monash University, Melbourne and Certificate IV in TAE. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI) and a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM).
At Shell Australia, Tom held several management positions in the Downstream Oil division. He was recruited as a graduate into the role of Area Manager and was promoted to the position of District Sales Manager, where he was responsible for Shell’s business (sales $M450) through a network of over 100 dealers and distributors.
At Kodak he was responsible for the establishment of the Kodak Express Brand Licensing (Franchise) program in Australia.
He is a guest lecturer on Strategic/Global Account Management, Sales Management and Advanced Sales Strategies at a number of universities and business schools in Australia and has presented seminars throughout Australia and internationally including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines.
